• Another important step is washing away any left over ink in it.
• After refilling clear the mess created by the process.

First and foremost it is more cost effective. Then it is also environment friendly. You do not require buying a new one after you are finished with one. Thus in turn you are not dumping the unused plastic cartridges and polluting your environment. Usually you can refill your cartridge for 5 times. This saves you a lot of money.

Therefore in spite of the fact that it is a messy process it is mostly applied because of its cost effectiveness. This method is also time consuming. You have to be very slow and steady while refilling. A little bit of hurry on your part will not only create a lot of mess but will also damage your printer. But when money is your concern then this is your safest bet.
