How to make piano play the right sound?

Hello, am a beginner piano player, I have purchased this Yamaha 76-Key Portable Grand Piano Keyboard, and the sound on it is very soft, I must hit the key very hard to make a loud sound, now the problem is that my hands are also soft, I cannot play right if i bash on every key I play, so is there a way to disable the soft key function on the piano and just play the loudest whenever the key is touched?
